Welcome to the MBS Gym

This gym was created for real life. The good days, the hard days, and everything in between.
You don’t need to be ready or confident to start.
You just need to start.

You Must Set the Time.

You decide the time allowed in the MBS Gym for each day.

You must attend all Stations.

If you have 30 minutes that is 10 minutes in each station,

if you only have 15 minutes that is 5 minutes in each station.
