Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes production before your item is shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, location, and carrier delays

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delays

While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, MBS Gym is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Sizing Responsibility

Please check our sizing guides carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier. Solutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or goes unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
